2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted using cloud infrastructure. When you visit, technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, time of access, and requested page may be processed in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure, stable operation of this website. Log data is deleted when it is no longer required for security and operational purposes, unless statutory obligations require longer retention.

3. Booking through spiritbabe

The offering links take you to the external website spiritbabe.co, where booking and payment are completed. When you follow a link, that website processes data under its own privacy policy. No booking or payment data is collected on this website.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website stores your language and consent choices locally in your browser. These are technically necessary preferences under § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. No analytics or marketing cookies are currently used. The “Allow all” choice records your preference but does not activate any additional tracking at present.
